Beginnings
Born in India, her family moved to the U.S. Virgin Islands when she was a child. She fell in love with business early on while watching her parents start a new life by opening a jewelry store in St. Thomas. After high school, she attended Rutgers University and eventually went on to become a Registered Dental Hygienist.
guinness world record
In 2013, she launched her first marketing company by breaking a Guinness World Record. With 1,530 participants, they broke the Guinness World Record for the most simultaneous mouthwash swishers at one time. That event, Swish Away Breast Cancer, not only raised awareness for breast cancer and oral hygiene but effectively maximized internal, external, community, digital and social media marketing strategies. Minal’s stunning success solidified her career path in the marketing industry.

As an RDH, her love for marketing found a powerful outlet as she created and refined new ways to connect with existing and potential patients. As a millennial she mined the riches of social media and technology until she found strategies that worked.
